Online psychology sessions provide a safe and supportive environment for you to explore and address your concerns without the need to attend a clinic. When accessing counselling online, it is fundamental that your privacy is ensured, for example, others in your house cannot hear what you are saying. Online sessions are as effective as sessions in person.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a goal-oriented therapy that focuses on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Psychologists use CBT to help you identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviours that may be impacting your mental health. CBT is the most used form of psychotherapy in Australia.


Psychotherapy is a form of talk therapy that helps you explore and understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Psychologists use various approached depending on which one is more beneficial for a client. In my practice I use various psychotherapy techniques including CBT, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness-Based Therapies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
